The ride of her life . . . Once upon a time, Carissa Teodoro believed in happy endings. Money, marriage, motherhood: everything came easy---until she woke up to the ugly truth about her Prince Charming. Now a struggling, single mom and stranded by a flat tire, Carissa's pondering her mistakes when a vaguely familiar knight rides to her rescue on a ton of horsepower.
Climb on and hold tight . . .
In high school, Carson Steele was a bad boy loner who put Carissa on a pedestal where she stayed far beyond his reach. Today, he's the hard-bodied biker known only as Joker, and from the way Carissa's acting, it's clear she's falling fast. While catching her is irresistible, knowing what to do with her is a different story. A good girl like Carissa is the least likely fit with the Chaos Motorcycle Club. Too bad holding back is so damned hard. Now, as Joker's secrets are revealed and an outside threat endangers the club, Joker must decide whether to ride steady with Carissa---or ride away forever . . .

I just finished Ride Steady and I really enjoyed it. I’m a biker girl so of course I am all there! This is apart of the Chaos MC series which could be read as a stand alone but I would recommend reading in order starting with Own the Wind and then Fire Inside. You’ll get more from all the characters involved that way. This is Joker and Carissa’s story. You find out in the beginning that they knew each other in high school. He’s the loner and she is the cheerleader. He didn’t have a very good upbringing. His dad beats and smacks him around and he can’t wait to get out of there. He has a big crush on Carissa but he feels he is not old enough for her. Several years later they meet. She doesn’t recognize him. He looks completely different but something is familiar about him. He doesn’t tell her who he is. She is now divorced with a baby. Ex husband really did a number on her. This story is all about second chances with an exhusband in the mix trying to separate them. It’s a wild ride!! You must read it!!
I loved the story, good characters, good story. line. Anything she writes is good in my book. All I want is more!
