Series: Stark International #1
Also in this series: On My Knees
Genres: Romance, Erotica, Contemporary, Suspense

I never let anyone get too close—but he’s the only man who’s ever made me feel alive.
Meeting Jackson Steele was a shock to my senses. Confident and commanding, he could take charge of any room . . . or any woman. And Jackson wanted me. The mere sight of him took my breath away, and his touch made me break all my rules.
Our bond was immediate, our passion untamed. I wanted to surrender completely to his kiss, but I couldn’t risk his knowing the truth about my past. Yet Jackson carried secrets too, and in our desire we found our escape, pushing our boundaries as far as they could go.
Learning to trust is never easy. In my mind, I knew I should run. But in my heart, I never felt a fire this strong—and it could either save me or scorch me forever.
Say My Name is intended for mature audiences.

Miranda’s Review

Just when you thought you’d found out everything there is to know about Damien Stark, J Kenner takes you back into the world of Stark Industries with Say My Name. This book can be read as a stand-alone, and while Mr. Stark plays a big part in this book he is not the main man — Mr. Steele steals this show.

I enjoyed the original Stark Trilogy, but I have to say that this book blew me away. From the plot to the characters and every small detail in-between. I couldn’t put Say My Name down and I am itching to have book two already.

Sylvia has wormed her way into my top ten book heroines. From being a tough-as-nails executive assistant that is going after her dream of real estate development to a kind and generous friend there isn’t a piece of her that I didn’t like. She’s extremely relatable and as the different facets of her life were revealed I only appreciated her more. When her very first real estate development project is on the verge of going belly up she has to find the courage to reach into her past and ask for help from the one man that has the power to unravel her completely. Again — Jackson Steele.

“Oh, baby. They can’t hurt me. Don’t you know that you’re the only one who’s ever managed to tear me to shreds?”

Jackson isn’t just an architect. He is a visionary and his buildings are nothing short of spectacular. I have a bit of a love-hate-love relationship with Jackson. He is cocky, sexy, and beyond bossy. So, basically, the perfect BBF. Until you start to question his motives and wonder if he’s being honest or if he has an agenda that hasn’t yet been revealed. Sylvia asked the impossible of him five years ago and even though he didn’t want to he did as she asked. Now, she’s asking the impossible again, to work with Damien Stark.

“I want you ready for me. Wild for me. Not because I demand it, but because you want it. Not because I’m taking, but because you’re giving.”

When past and present collide will Sylvia and Jackson find a future together?

The romance and the dynamic of the character’s relationships is what makes Say My Name something special. There are so many outside forces impacting Sylvia and Jackson that you hardly know how they could possibly forge ahead together. I love how not only are they each others greatest strength, but also their greatest weakness. An absolute five star read.
